Our standard Support Contract gives clients a guaranteed
time for ISPWEB to respond to a request for support. IT support is
conducted by phone or in person as appropriate. Our commitment to
working closely with our clients is reflected in our maximum 4 hour
support response time.
We are proactive in our approach to IT, which means
checking backups, disks and disk space, ensuring Anti-Virus updates
are in order and general housekeeping. These high standards help
you protect your IT system from the unexpected. Each support contract
contains an OLA (Operation Level Agreement) which outlines the role
and responsibilities of both parties, so you know exactly what to
expect from our IT support services.
